Our classes have been carefully designed to suit all abilities and give you a full body workout. All classes are in a inferred heated room to allow you to sweat and get the most out of your workout.

HOT CYCLE - 30 mins

Our signature cycle class - You’re in and you're out!

This class is a great mix of high-intensity cycling and mat pilates. Be prepared to sweat and tone up making the class the quickest way to improve fitness. Using our far infrared heaters just like sitting in a sauna but with the extra benefits of exercise. You will activate stubborn fat and get your metabolism firing.


The best of both workouts, spinning and sculpting! Get your cardio and sculpt workout in one class. We use small weighted dumbbells for full body exercises and we even incorporate them into our bike sprint sets. This class is great for burning fat and increasing metabolism and muscle definition. We welcome beginners to advanced fitness levels.

HOT FLOW CYCLE - 40 mins

The Yin and Yang of sweating and feeling amazing! This class is all about connecting your body and mind together. You will target all fitness components in this class, your strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and agility. Who needs a good stretch? and a good sweat? 

HOT PILATES - 45 mins

A classic pilates mat class heated to help improve your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. This class strengthens and tones without adding bulk, creating long and lean muscles. Mat pilates  will strengthen your core and back muscles, creating stability and improving your posture. The room is heated to 35 degrees.


This energetic class combines traditional mat pilates with High-Intensity Interval Training with a guided relaxation to finish. You will get amazing benefits for your core muscles, your metabolism will be firing helping you to burn more calories. To increase the benefits and results, the room is heated to 35 degrees. Class is finished with our traditional meditation to leave you feeling energised and relaxed.

HOT 30 PILATES - 30 mins

Has been designed for you to be in and out the door in 30 minutes. This class is loads of fun, with lots of focus on the core stabling muscles and to rev up your heart rate, you get everything to help you achieve higher fitness levels and develop rock hard core muscles. The room is set at 36 degrees to help with the intensity and detox process.

HOT FITNESS -  30-50 mins


A circuit class, heated to help increase the intensity and give you a full body workout! This class strengthens, tones and promotes long and lean muscles. The room is heated from 30 to 34 degrees during the 30 minute session.

35 degrees stretch session! Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.

HOT BURN YOGA  - 55 mins

Perfect for the beginner to advanced, this class offers set series of 25 yoga postures that are combined with core exercises and a flowing yoga warm-up to encourage a cardiovascular workout that strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming and relaxing the mind.

The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat.  You will be cued one time through each pose.   Between each pose is an opportunity to break, rest, restore. This ancient form of exercise has been developed into one of the most effective and rewarding forms of physical exercise.

HOT CORE YOGA - 55 mins

Hot Core Yoga has a strong focus on core strength and intensity. Core Yoga combines strength building, stretching and cardio, making this class unlike your typical yoga classes and more of a full-body workout. But best of all we preserve the mental and meditative components of yoga.

This class is set to motivating, high tempo and beat-driven music to fuel your practice!

HOT POWER YOGA  - 55 mins

Hot Power Yoga is designed to strengthen and tone your body, while Vinyasa Flow is designed to increase mobility and flexibility. In this class, the strength-building postures of Power Yoga combined with the breath to movement flow of Vinyasa Yoga,  link your mental and physical state. Power Flow will leave you feeling strong, open, relaxed, and ready to face the day!

You will experience not only the power of your class but relaxing and meditative environment designed to melt away your everyday stresses and external distractions.



Choose your exercise in a personal inferred sauna for 15 minutes. Be guided through your own workout in a private inferred sauna and burn loads of calories, increase your fitness, tone and strengthen your muscles and gain all the amazing benefits of the inferred heat. Achieve your personal goals in a more private setting. You are in and you are out and your 15 minutes is the same as working out for 1 hour in a normal gym.



Cryotherapy is the science of exposing the body to subzero temperatures in order to stimulate physical and mental health benefits. It reduces inflammation in the body by boosting an anti-inflammatory chemical called norepinephrine.
