In just 40 minutes you can have your infrared HIIT, cardio and strength session, finishing up with a stretch as well as being able to burn up to 900 calories in one session!

  • What do I need for my class?
    What to bring to each class: - Exercise Mat - Mat Towel (can be any large towel) - Smaller Sweat Towel - 2 x full drink bottles (we highly recommend bringing at least a 1 litre drink, preferably insulated, as a minimum). All classes except Lift and Burn we require you to bring a yoga/exercise mat. We encourage our members to just bring a mat to every class to get into the habit. For Ride and Strength Classes please wear runners or sports shoes.
  • How can I prepare for the heat?
    When you sweat, which you will do a lot of at HT, you lose fluids, so we need to ensure we are well hydrated to replace the fluid that we lose through the class. Hydration is so important and it begins before you even come to the class. Being well hydrated before you attend will help you get the most out of the class and help your body detox and recover better. Continue to sip on your water whenever you need throughout the class and continue your hydration afterwards Listen to your body. This is one of the things we encourage most at HT, listen to your body and if you need to rest, then you should rest. The heat can be a little overwhelming to begin with, but we promise your body will adapt. We ask that you sit or lay down on your mat whenever you feel the need to throughout a class and just let your teacher know if you need any assistance at any time
  • Which is the best class for beginners?
    We can cater any class to all abilities and needs. Ultra and Fit Flow are normally a more challenging class however beginners are still welcome
  • Do you have a late cancellation or no show policy?
    You have up to 4 hours before you class cancel your class booking. Memberships You have up to 4 hours before your class to cancel your class booking. If you cancel after this 4 hour window it is considered a late cancel and a $10 fee will apply and charged to your payment details on file. If you do not cancel your class and do not attend, this is considered a no show and a $15 fee will apply and be charged to your payment details on file. If you have a valid reason for canceling at the last minute please email your studio manager and explain your situation and the fee will be waived. Class Passes You have up to 4 hours before your class to cancel your class booking. If you cancel after this 4 hour window it is considered a late cancel and a pass from your class pass with be deducted from your account. If you do not cancel your class, this is considered a no show and a pass from your class pass with be deducted from your account. If you have a valid reason for canceling at the last minute please email your studio manager and explain your situation and the fee will be waived. By booking online, you are agreeing to the Late Cancellation and No Show Policy.
  • How does the waitlist work?
    If a class is full and you still wish to attend it, we highly encourage you to join the waitlist. You do this that same way as booking a class >select the class > join waitlist If toy do add yourself to the waitlist is is your responsibility to cancel the booking if you're added to the class and can no longer attend. If you're on the waitlist, you should assume you're going to get into the class just in case as late cancellation and no show fee's apply. To ensure you receive notifications please make sure you are subscribed to class confirmation emails and SMS notifications through the Hot Temple App.
  • What if I have an injury?
    Please notify the studio or teacher before your class and explain your situation. We recommend that you're cleared from a medical professional to ensure it's safe to attend classes at HT.
  • Can I suspend my membership?
    All suspensions required a minimum of 2 weeks notice. - Weekly autopay memberships can be paused up to 4 weeks per calendar year. (minimum 1 week at a time) - 6 Month upfront memberships cannot be paused. To suspend, please email your studio Ballarat: ballarat@hottemple.com.au
  • How old do I need to be to attend classes?
    +16 years or + 12 year with a guardian accompanying.
  • Can I attend HT if I am pregnant?
    We recommend discussing this with your medical professional.
