RIDE CLASSES

Temple Ride is our signature ride class. It's high energy; high heart rate, high calorie burn. Temple Ride is 90% on the bike and 10% on the mat incorporating core and other body weight exercisers and of course finishing with our signature meditation. This class will have you leaving feeling amazing with endorphins firing.

DURATION: 40 minutes

DIFFICULTY: All levels welcome

Core Powerhouse Ride is our ride, glutes and core class. It's high intensity, targeting the powerhouse muscle groups. Core Powerhouse Ride is 50% ride and 50% exercising targeting the glutes and core, finishing with our signature mediation. This class will have you leaving with your glutes on fire and your core burning.

Warrior Ride is our strength ride class. This class will get you fit, fast. Warrior Ride is 50% on the bike and 50% weights incorporating high intensity intervals, hill sets and weights using y-bells, finishing off with our signature meditation. This class will have you leaving feeling with a burn in your muscles.

Super Saturday is our supercharge class. It's got a piece of everything, ride, strength, pilates and yoga. Super Saturday is 40% ride 40% and 20% yoga and pilates, finishing with our signature mediation. This class will have you leaving wit an amazing full body workout ready start your weekend strong.

Flow Ride is our ride and yoga class. It's the ultimate combination of cardio and yoga movements, connecting the mind and body. Flow Ride is 50% on the bike and 50% yoga flow, finishing with our signature meditation. This class will target all fitness components, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and agility.

Ultra Ride is our longest rise class. It build endurance, stamina and determination. Ultra is 100% ride incorporating high intensity intervals, hills and rhythm sets to push your limits in the heat, finishing with our signature meditation. This class will have you leaving inspired to reach your goals.

STRENGTH & FITNESS CLASSES

Burn is our HIIT cardio and strength circuit class. It's our number one fat-burning class with high resistance weights and high intensity cardio stations, finishing with our signature meditation. No two classes are ever the same with 6 -12 stations and 2 - 3 rounds at each station. This class will have you leaving with a burn in your muscles and you metabolism firing.

DURATION: 40 minutes

DIFFICULTY: All levels welcome

HEAT: 30°c to 35°c

Burn+ is our highest weight resistance class. It's the ultimate strength class with heavier weights and less reps, aimed to build strength. Burn+ is 6 -12 stations and 2 - 3 rounds at each station, finishing with our signature flow and meditation. This class will have you leaving with enduring calorie burn as your muscle recover.

Hot Boxing is our HITT boxing class. It's a complete full body workout with a punch. Hot Boxing involves 90% boxing with gloves and pads and 10% core and lower body exercises, finishing with our signature flow and meditation

Super Strength is our endurance strength class.

YOGA & PILATES CLASSES

Temple Flow is a our signature yoga flow class. This class will have you stretching, strengthening and sweating. Temple Flow is a short flow, to warm up moving into 24 hatha poses, finishing with our signature meditation. This class will have you leaving with an amazing workout and endorphins firing.

Power flow is our vinyasa yoga class. It connects the mind and body through breathe and movement. Power Flow incorporates strength-building postures combined with the breath to movement flow of Vinyasa.  this class will have you leaving feeling strong, open, relaxed, and ready to face the day.

Fit Flow is our fitness based yoga class. It develops strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Fit Flow combines Hatha Yoga and traditional core exercise, in a flowing series of poses, finishing with out signature meditation. This class will have you leaving balanced and rejuvenated.

Slow Flow is our slow stretching yoga class. It helps build balance, flexibility, and endurance. Slow Flow incorporates slow and gentle Vinyasa yoga flows combined with a Yin element of extended holds to give your muscles the most deepest stretch, finishing with our signature mediation. This will have you leaving with relaxed muscles and mind.

In Mindful Yin is our slow-paced yoga class. It connects to your breath and calms the mind and central nervous system. Mindful Yin incorporates 5 -10 movements and uses gravity to to stretch and compress muscles into YIN tissues of the tendons, ligaments, fascia, and bones. This class will have you leaving feeling long, relaxed and calm.

Sweat & Tone is our HIIT cardio class. It is designed to boost your strength and endurance. Sweat & Tone is three rounds of HIIT exercises with yoga flow and boxing in between rounds, finishing with our signature mediation. This class will give you the ultimate full body and mind experience. ​

HIIT Pilates is our energetic HIIT and Pilates class. A full body workout designed to tone, challenge and raise the heart rate.
