EVENT FORMAT
Swim Leg
you can complete the 1.5km at the Ballarat Aquatic Centre & journey down to the Hot Room for the bike leg, OR you can complete “dry” swim leg via a 35min core & arm workout in Studio 2. Both challenging & rewarding but for those not keen to swim in the pool, there is an alternate option.

Bike Leg
you can complete this on our stationary bikes at the Hot Room in Studio 1. You will be led though the scenic Noosa bike course as you pedal your 40km on the safety of a stationary bike.

Run Leg
we have a short loop of 2km where you will run/jog or walk laps to complete the triathlon finishing back at our Studio 1 Hot Temple.

REGISTRATION:
Individual
Raise a minimum of $250.00 to participate in the triathlon, all proceeds go to the children at the KIDS Foundation.
Team
Raise a minimum of $350.00 to participate in the triathlon, all proceeds go to the children at the KIDS Foundation.
